Using Holotwins to Promote your Business
Augmented reality (AR) has been steadily growing, but it’s been used primarily for branding and engagement and much less for direct sales and fundraising. But that is changing. As AR technology goes more mainstream and costs come down, and as more and more AR experiences move to WebAR (mobile browser-based) rather than apps, its use is widening. It is this application that is being used nationwide to promote events, businesses, and schools. AR isn’t only for the big brands anymore. It’s becoming a real, usable service that drives immediate revenue.
The WorldViewAR platform is designed for non-technical users, as where most of us are when it comes to augmented reality. Our platform incorporates unique technology that allows viewers to anchor the holotwin to any flat surface (floor, tabletop, window ledge, anywhere), then pinch and zoom that holotwin to whatever size they desire. Regardless of where the user places the holotwin, there is addition apace at the bottom of the screen for clickable buttons, (more info, register now, etc.). That space will allow users to respond immediately to the call to action that best suits your objective. Notably, if the holotwin is being used to generate revenue, the (register now) buttons are easy to track the revenue generated by the experience.
