Probably ahead of the Super Bowl, the most prestigious sports event in the world, is the World Cup. It’s played every four years and hosted by one country for 30 days. The 32 national teams battle it out on a field of play with everything at stake- pride as well their reputation among fans worldwide who will be watching intently from home or traveling abroad to cheer them on.

In this campaign for Xfinity, Pakko had the opportunity to craft an AR filter that allowed a mystical chameleon called “Chema” to predict world cup games for you. In heart-lighted humor, this concept is based on past world cup animals that featured the ability to predict the results of the world cup, such as Paul the Octopus.

The results were hilariously addictive, as users’ goals was to catch AR flies using a long chameleon-like tongue then share results across social media.
